Blue Art Projects

Blue Art Projects are divided into four categories, each defined by the type of participation involved:

  1. Observe: An ‘Observe’ project provides a compelling visual, story, or prompt that may enhance your overall experience at the event.  Examples include Water We Doing and Digital Storytelling.

  2. Participate: A ‘Participate’ project asks for in-person participation in a one-off activity at a specific time.  Examples include the Art Build and Forest Bathing.

  3. Contribute: A ‘Contribute’ project provides a space to add your thoughts, creativity, or interests through a certain medium, at any time over the course of an event or conference.  Examples include the Community Mosaic and Community Tree projects.

  4. Other: An ‘Other’ project either doesn’t fall into any of the above categories or falls into multiple. Examples include the Word Cloud or encouraging attendees to wear Pronoun Pins.
